How long will my delivery take?
Germany: we ship with DHL Standard and it takes about 2-3 working days from receipt of order.
Of course, you can also have your package shipped with DHL Express for the above mentioned surcharge.
In this case, it takes about 1-3 working days from receipt of order.
International: we ship with DHL Express and it takes about 1-3 working days from receipt of order.
Where will the delivery be sent?
The parcel will be delivered to the address of your choice. If the goods are to be sent to a different delivery address, you can enter this when ordering under 'delivery address' in the relevant section. This can also be the address of a DHL packet station. Delivery to post office box addresses are not possible.
My order has not arrived yet. What now?
You can see the actual location of your goods by checking on your tracking number, which you received in the mail when your order was processed.
What about taxes and duties?
On order shipped outside the EU, the German taxes are deducted during the checkout. Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply once the parcel enters the destination country, which is something we unfortunately cannot influence.
