These are your tasks
As a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will play a central role in making the Merz b. Schwanen brand even more successful. In the first Merz b. Schwanen store in cool Berlin-Mitte, you will be responsible for advising and supporting customers. You will ensure that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
This role will allow you to develop your career. We are a small individual company that acts quickly and finds solutions. With us, you'll have the chance to build on your retail and commercial experience with a passion for service and sales.
On-time, you'll handle performance metrics reporting and understand KPIs to drive store results.
