As a Customer Experience Manager you have an important task - you lead and supervise your young and committed teams in the store ,and in online customer service and show initiative when it comes to increasing customer satisfaction and sales.

You lead and supervise your young and dedicated team in the store and show initiative when it comes to increasing customer satisfaction and sales.

As a Store Manager, you have the freedom to develop new solutions and make the interaction of our customers with the brand in the store a special experience.
You will actively contribute your own suggestions for optimizing our processes and systems. In addition to providing unbeatable customer service, your responsibilities will include the following:

Customer Service
  • Active customer consulting and sales
  • Planning in-store events for customers
  • Presentation of the sales floor for an appealing shopping experience
  • Designing and implementing the Customer Experience strategy together with the brand founders and the Customer Experience Manager
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Experience policies and procedures in response to business needs
Team
  • Managing and building your team
  • Training new and existing staff in line with Customer Experience strategy and standards
  • Staff scheduling and vacation planning
  • Managing all aspects of performance development (team and feedback conversations) for a productive, inspired and successful team
  • Setting KPIs and targets for the team and deadlines to work with Sales Staff and Digital Customer Service Support to ensure consistent and seamless service to all customers across all channels
  • Create e-learning materials and contribute editorials on store processes for the team
Store
  • Management of the new store
  • Responsibility for the commercial success of your store
  • Ensure that the store always follows the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
  • Build brand loyalty by planning and executing events and marketing campaigns with the community in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Keeping track of product selection, as well as inventory

Requirements:
  • at least 2 years of experience in a customer service based management role
  • at least 1 year of experience within a high-end/ luxury brand 
  • at least 1 year of experience in the fashion industry
  • Experience in both retail and digital customer service preferred
  • Fluency in English and basic skills in German required (fluency in German preferred and willingness to develop further German skills if not fluent required)
  • Willingness to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong computer literacy and preferably experience in working with a CRM or ERP software
