Shipping
Holiday Shipping: To give your order the best chance of arriving before the holidays, please place it by December 17th.
After your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation and a separate e-mail containing your invoice.
Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Estimated delivery times: 3–6 working days within Germany (DHL Standard), 1–3 days (DHL Express), 2–4 days for the EU, and 3–6 days for the rest of the world (DHL Express).*
